Chocolate Bars

At Laberinto Chocolates, every bar begins with a single cocoa bean. We craft our chocolate entirely from scratch — roasting, grinding, conching, and tempering each batch by hand in our small workshop in Manilva, Spain. This meticulous process, known as bean to bar, allows us to honor the true character of cacao and control every step of its transformation.

Chocolate Bars Our chocolate is made from Sur del Lago cacao beans from Venezuela — a variety descended from the legendary Guasare, believed to be the world’s first cacao. These beans are grown by small farmers, ethically sourced and free from slave labor, ensuring both quality and conscience in every bar.

We blend our chocolate with carefully chosen local Andalusian ingredients — almonds, figs, oranges, sea salt, and Brandy de Jerez — creating flavor combinations that reflect the Mediterranean landscape around us.

Bonbons & Truffles

Our bonbons and truffles are little works of edible art — each one handcrafted in small batches in our Manilva workshop. Inside every glossy shell of bean-to-bar chocolate, you’ll discover layers of flavor inspired by the Mediterranean: Brandy de Jerez, roasted almonds, local honey, sea salt, orange zest, and more.

We make every filling from scratch — ganaches, pralines, and infusions — using only natural, high-quality ingredients and our own chocolate made from Sur del Lago cacao. No shortcuts, no artificial flavors — just pure craftsmanship and creativity.

Chocolate Medians

Delicate, elegant, and irresistibly simple — our chocolate medians (inspired by the classic French mendiants) are thin discs of bean-to-bar chocolate, each one hand-decorated with a selection of nuts, dried fruits, and Mediterranean touches.

Crafted from our Sur del Lago dark chocolate, every median is a perfect balance of texture and flavor — smooth, glossy chocolate contrasted with the natural crunch and sweetness of its toppings. We use the finest local Andalusian ingredients such as Marcona almonds, pistachios, figs, orange peel, and sea salt to create combinations that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

Each piece is made in our Manilva workshop, where we carefully coat slices of candied orange peel, figs, apricots, dates and other seasonal fruits in layers of smooth Sur del Lago dark chocolate.
