Our Story
Founded with one simple mission — to redefine the chocolate experience — we see chocolate not merely as a sweet indulgence, but as an art form, a story of origins, and a bridge between cultures.
In our small workshop in Manilva, on the Costa del Sol, we handcraft each creation from bean to bar, guided by passion and patience. Every piece we make reflects authenticity, transparency, and a deep respect for the cocoa itself.

From Cocoa Bean To Chocolate
Our journey begins with Sur del Lago cacao beans from slave-free, sustainable farms in Venezuela, where generations of growers nurture some of the world’s most prized cacao. We choose partners who share our values — sustainability, integrity, and devotion to their craft.
Our Process
Once the beans arrive in Manilva, we roast, grind, conch, and temper each batch by hand in small quantities, preserving the natural character and soul of the cocoa. To this foundation, we add the essence of our home — local Andalusian ingredients such as sea salt, almonds, figs, oranges, or Brandy de Jerez — to create flavor experiences that echo the Mediterranean itself.
